A Historic Achievement for Romanian Gymnastics — Proudly Supported by Altlane Foundation

At just 16 years old, Romanian rhythmic gymnast Amalia Lică achieved a historic milestone for Romanian sport, winning the silver medal in the Clubs final at the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Rio de Janeiro — the best result ever recorded by Romania in this discipline.

Through the Altlane Foundation, founded by Marius Ionescu and Elena Ionescu and part of the Pluridio Group, we are proud to support Amalia’s remarkable journey. Her achievement reflects exceptional dedication, discipline, and ambition — values that resonate strongly with our own.

At Pluridio, we believe that success extends beyond business. It is about empowering individuals with the talent, determination, and courage to shape the future. The Altlane Foundation was established to nurture young Romanian talents with the potential to achieve global excellence in fields such as art, science, and education. By providing scholarships, grants, and mentorship, the foundation creates an environment where education, innovation, and excellence come together to inspire the next generation.

We are honored to stand behind Amalia’s journey and to celebrate the principles that drive both sport and enterprise alike — perseverance, integrity, and the courage to dream beyond limits.
